At the feet of the Alps and the Zugspitze – the highest mountain of Germany- we find the town of Garmisch-Patenkirchen where the rivers Loisach and Partnach come together, at 720m above the sea level. Garmisch-Partenkirchen has a well-known tradition in winter sports in the area of the Alps.

The apartment has capacity up to three persons. Cot and child seat available.
The Luftikus-Lodge passes the DTV (German Tourism Association) standards and reaches the 4**** with a two-person use.
Modern Style
The apartment offers open-concept spaces with a modern architecture. The Luftikus-Lodge is located in a quiet area next to the town centre. The spacious balcony has a great glass facing the South with stunning views to the tyrolean Alps and the Zugspitze – the highest mountain of Germany.
The city centre is just a couple of minutes away walking down the Partnach river bank. Garmisch-Partenkirchen is world-wide known for being a spot for skiers, winter-sports fans, mountainbikers, and -hikers and for hosting the Olympic Winter games 1936.
During the winter the ski lifts and the ski slopes are just a couple of minutes away. The Central Station and the Zugspitzbahn (the train that goes up the mountain) are less than 500m away.
